Shipping Times
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Any orders
placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business
day. Orders are estimated to arrive within three working days
(Mon-Fri) if the order is made on a weekday before 3pm. This
shipping timetable is only an estimation and is not guaranteed.
Shipping Delays/Out of Stock Items
We always strive for customer satisfaction. However, some
shipping delays are beyond our control such as weather and
delivery errors. In order to ensure your order arrives promptly
please review all information submitted before processing
orders.
Customer is subsequently responsible for shipping and handling
charges in order to reship your package. Occasionally, an item
will be out of stock. Out of stock orders will be held "open"
until item is restocked and will be shipped immediately upon
arrival.
Please make sure the shipping address you give us is accurate
including postcode, as we cannot be held responsible for any
wrong or undeliverable addresses.
The buyer is responsible for all applicable import duty and
local tax. Please verify with your customs before purchase.
Returns
Goodwood Antiques will replace all defective products -
please follow the procedures below and those set out in our
terms & conditions.
Defective products must be returned within 14 days from the
date you placed your order, you must notify us of a defect in
writing within 5 working days of receipt.
IMPORTANT - Before you sign for the item OPEN
THE PACKAGE and check it is good condition. By signing the
courier's form you are accepting that the courier has delivered
the item in good condition. If it is damaged, sign but write
"damaged in transit" on his form. This protects you and we can
then make a claim for compensation from the courier. If you
follow this procedure we can give you an instant refund or send
you a replacement. If not there will be a delay to your refund
whilst we convince the courier that it is his fault.
